When I have to make a quick trip and just need a hotel to sleep in I usually will get a cheaper room. With that said I have usually found Days Inns a good as La Quinta and other hotel brands, however, this Days Inn is not the place to look for a quick few hours of sleep. Mattress was... More

We were traveling from Texas to South Dakota for vacation and this was one of the stops we made. The beds were extremely comfortable and the front desk was very service oriented. We had arrived late and had no problems. They even told us about where we could find a place open to eat. We would definitely stay here again!... More

We were traveling from Yellowstone National Park back home to Texas and needed a place to stay for the night. I usually don't like to stay at Days Inn because of numerous issues (i.e. dirty, beds uncomfortable, etc.). However, this Days Inn was impeccable clean and the beds, at least in our room, where exceptionally comfortable! I would recommend this... More

We stayed in room 115. When the air conditioner was turned off, the room smelled like a combination of burnt wiring and burnt coffee. Turning on the air conditioner dispersed the smell. The front desk clerk told us that the hotel thinks the problem is related to the heating system, which we never turned on. The hotel knew about the... More

Hello Modestotrekkerl, I find myself needing to be cloned-at least twice. There is no "heating system issue." Like you said, you never even touched the heater. I can not say what was going through my co-workers mind at the time, but the smell you described is that of a tv power board melting. With that said, this would mean you... More

The price of this motel was excellent. The room was clean, including the bathroom area. Towels were proper in number, size, etc. The cable TV worked well. The night was quiet. There is a continental breakfast, though the breakfast room is very small. If what I've said so far is what you are looking for in a motel, then this... More

Hello TTownTraveler_11, I have to start off with, your right-about the beds. Though, this could have been trouble-shooted. See we have both pillow-top matresses and the regular firmer matresses. I am assuming you had a pillow-top, sorry. Concerning the open doors/no locks on the entrances/exits...we and many other guests feel this is more a convienence than a hazard. Our hotel... More

You need extremely quick responses when taking a shower because when someone flushes the toilet (must be another room as i was by myself) the water turns scalding HOT in about 1 second!! Happened several times while i was there and the last day it happened twice during the shower with absolutely NO warning. Complaining to the front desk i... More

Hello Rotornut, It is rare we have guests mention an issue with the variation with their water temperature. In my experience with working at this location, (over five years) I can count on one hand and missing two fingers, the number of people who felt this to be a major issue. However, we take all complaints serious and have called... More

When I arrived at the Days Inn everything seemed great. It was clean and tidy at the front desk and the woman at the front desk was pleasant. However, as soon as I walked down the hallway to my room a small dog came running down the hallway towards me, barking. Its owner called it back into their room with... More

Hello Bobber3, I recall the first time I read your response and how you desribed the phone call I made to you. I supose someone who is so familiar with how a person may sound under the influence of marijuana may also be familiar with the fact their eyesight may be impaired as well. Mistaken clumps of mud for dog... More

After checking in I began trying to get online (FREE WI-FI) but the signal was so EXTREMELY weak that every time I DID connect I was immediately knocked off.
