Our Son and his family live in Fort Collins and we usually visit twice per year from Massachusetts. We always stay at this hotel as you can't beat the value. The rooms are nice and large and the staff friendly. The have a nice pool and jaccuzi which my grandchildren enjoy. The breakfast buffet is super.

Have stayed here several times as it is easy access to where I need to go. Rooms are clean and comfortable. They also have a good breakfast with a mix of hot food and your typical cold foods. The only complaint would be that the parking lot out front is tight so park in the back.

The location is very close to many restaurants, shops, etc. It is located right on the train tracks, however some of Fort Collins is exempt from horn blowing and this is one of the areas.
