when arriving everything went smooth until our card keys didn't work in the outside cardreaders to open the door, and also our rooms. the staff was super helpful and finally got us a key that worked. the only thing I wasn't too thrilled about was the pool was really COLD. the hottub had sand in the bottom. Average stay, room is clean, and guest services was welcoming. I requested a 6:20 am wake up call, however the wake up call was an hour earlier than requested - It was probably a mistake by the system.

Marie, the night employee who checked us in, is the best. Had a problem with our reservation which she helped solve quickly and efficiently. Very nice hotel. Convenient wall socket for CPAP; important for apnea treatment. Room was very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Motel is close to Black Bear Diner. Will definitely stay there again.
