This is an older property, with minimal amenities. The bed was comfortable, the A/C drowned out all noise from outside, the sheets a bit threadbare but clean. A photography friend & I stayed two nights in the Motel in January, 2013, so we could take pictures in the nearby National Wildlife Refuges. It was clean, reasonable, and quiet. We liked the staff as well. My only complaint was there was no Kleenex in the room

This motel is a curse on the "Motel 6" brand. The motel is old, worn out, and dirty. There was cigarette smell in our non-smoking room. I travel quite frequently and have stayed in many hotels/motels in many citys. I don't require much more than a relatively clean place to lay my head. This Motel 6 was dark, dirty and smelly. I barely slept and wouldn't walk barefoot on the carpet. Quite possibly the worst place I've ever stayed. The signs for lodging were very confusing.... More

One thing about motel 6 you could always depend on was cleanliness, This one was disgusting, there was ciggarett butts under the bed, food on the floor, The door looked like it had been kicked in recently, I would have felt better sleeping in the car.

The door would not close right; fan was really loud, bedding what bedding? After the second time someone tried the door handle I was awake and done with sleep.

The place looks old and is not kept clean and in working order (e.g. Carpets are worn-out and have spots). I have stayed in many different “motel-6” and this was not in-line with my previous experience. One thing in their favor- the staff was really nice.
