“Dive but excellent customer service.”

The hotel allowed us to keep our car parked in their very large and convenient lot while I ran he Santa Cruz Marathon. The let us leave the car there as long as we needed till I was ready to leave after the race even though we had already checked out of the room....this eliminated a Hugh amount of stress... More

“Key card issue was a one time thing”

I just had to respond to the poster commenting on them only having one key card. This sounds like the time I stayed and there was a problem with the key machine, so they had to use a master to let everyone into the room. I have stayed there before and never had that happen, so I suspect the issue... More

Just about everything about this place is great. One review said the decor was tired; it looks pretty current and updated to me (but it is a few months later than their review).
