Thanks Frank for the hospitality. Stayed here one night. Pro: - Lots of free parking - excellent breakfast included - good host - budget - clean Con - walls and ceiling are thin. You will hear 2nd floor footsteps and showers. Earplugs are provided through. Non issue for us.

Excellent staff (with that Aloha spirit) providing clean, well furnished rooms. In pricey Santa Barbara, this is a fairly priced location right by the beach. And you can have breakfast right on the beach. Ask Frank about that. If and when we are back in Santa Barbara, this will be our first choice for lodging.

Frank and Linda are wonderful hosts. No AC, still not bad. Continental breakfast was great, I usually don't like them, but this was good. One block from the beach. Great value, clean rooms, and good service what more could you ask.

The best thing about this hotel is Frank, the general manager. He is perfectly lovely and hospitable and so nice. Plus he makes really yummy jalapeno quiche! The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. My only drawback was that there wasn't a hairdryer in the room.
