“One of the Better Courtyards with a full restaurant”

This Courtyard has larger rooms, microwave and refrigerator, and a full service restaurant and bar. I hope Marriott allows them to keep it. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and appear to be newly renovated. A very good experience and one of the better run Courtyards.

“Rooms smelled mildewy like bad foot odor”

The 1st room was very smelly then they changed us to another room and still smelled they contacted housekeeping she said it is the carpet and sprayed some stuff but 15 mins lattet smell was back they had no ther room to change us to it was not worth the $$ i expect more from a fairfield
