Hotel is conveniently located close to interstate access. Hotel staff makes this location worth the stay! All amenities functioned as promised. The staff is very responsive and go out of their way to ensure 100% satisfaction.

I have stayed here many times and am always satisfied. The staff is great and very attentive.Everything is there that you may need, Business Center, pool, exercise room, restaurant. Highly recommended.

“Big room, microwave & fridge a nice surprise.”

Friendly service at check in. Room is bigger than expected. Microwave & fridge. Clean room. Room decor average but the bed is comfortable. Not much around the hotel to walk to. Hotel bar is small & not too exciting.

Staff is friendly, but the bathroom shower wasn't clean. Even after reporting the problem, it took 2 days for them to fix it properly. (Found someone else's long hair on the shower walls. GROSS.) Bed was also uncomfortable - it had a concave spot in the middle, and it was hard to get a good night's rest.

Stay at this hotel whenever in the area. Good friendly and consistent service. Stayed three years in a row and never had a problem. Staff as nice as can be. Breakfast service simple, but sufficient, with ability to custom order omlets or whatever eggs you want. Also have waffle station.

“Great Staff!”

Please stay here if you work in the area! I did for 8 weeks last year and grew to love it. Right on the 880. Nice shuttle to BART. Best hot tub. Loved the staff, especially Andrew, Monique, and Caroline. These folks keep me loyal to Hilton brand.

Staff was extremely nice at check in and throughout my stay. Room was clean and exactly what you would want and expect from a Hilton hotel room. Fitness room is small (3 machines) so plan on getting your workout at a nearby gym.
