I recently had a really great experience at ExtendedStay Deluxe hotel, San Jose, CA. The staff are very helpful & curteous. The facilities provided are really good at this hotel. I will definitely stay her again when I come back to Sanj Jose. -Chandra

Stayed for 3 months, the booking was made by extended stay the corporate owner. Extended stay contract called for a free room cleanning every seven days. The hotel was not clean, the mattress was so thin /soft you could feel the box springs, the internet was VERY slow, and things in the room kept breaking (ironing borad, alarm clock, etc.). There was also no one to check me out before 6am, even though they told me the night before that someone would be there.

I normally don't care for extended stay hotels, but this one is the exception. I stayed for work, it was very clean, nicely furnised and the front desk was outstanding.
