“A place to sleep”

We, my wife and I, stayed at the Best Western Hospitality Lane on April 30, 2013. The hotel is getting kind of old and is showing it's age. When you close the door, you can see light around the edges. They were repainting the railings when we were there and it was difficult to find a way around the workers.... More

“Second stay at this Best Western”

We returned here after a pleasant stay last year. Room was clean again, front desk service was mediocre and the breakfast was ok. Good spot for overnight stay. I would stay here again probably but would check out the competition first.

“Critters in the room”

Suprised to see roaches there- all luggage is now outside for careful inspection. Stayed here before and did not see this problem. Will have to reconsider before coming back. Staff and amenities were great- only issue was the bugs.

“arraiving late??? not a problem!”

We got there very late, (2am) and tired. We found our reservation quickly and got in to the room. Rooms where clean and cozy. The area location was close to freeway but away enougtht to avoid noise. People where friendly and helpfull

Had to stay a night I'n San Bernardino after cataract surgery to avoin driving up mountain roads to home. Hotel was a very pleasant surprise.
