Our stay at Rustridge was a wonderfully enjoyable experience, with Susan & Jim, their team in the B&B and Winery as well as the other guests we had the pleasure to spend time with. It is a very quiet serene place to stay (about 15min drive from Rutherford), but has all that is good about Napa to offer. To anyone... More

We had a great stay in this off the beaten track winery. This is a real family run winery that will give you a great experience and a perfect setting. It's close enough to drop into St Helena if you need anything or to eat but far enough to be a million miles away. A great place to see a... More

We stayed here back in 1998, and even after all these years, that stay remains one of my best memories. Great experience all the way around, and Susan and Jim were the greatest hopes one could ask for. I cannot WAIT to get back, and always recommend it to everyone as the best B&B Winery experience one could ask for.... More

We stayed for couple of nights in October 2011 and we had a great time. Our hosts Susan and Jim were very welcoming and gave us a good introduction to the area and the excellent wines they produce! It was great to have the run of the house and use the kitchen in the evening. In view of the location... More

Stayed at Rust Ridge beginning of April. My sister and brother-in-law introduced me to Rust Ridge in early 2007. Every year I return to clear my mind and enjoy being off the grid and surrounded by nature. No traffic noise and hundreds of acres to hike and explore. This working horse ranch and winery is for those that enjoy nature... More

First, I have to comment on the people giving this B&B poor reviews. After reading their reviews, it reminded me of why I could never work with the general public. There are some people who will never be satisfied, or happy. I would bet they give sour reviews for everything they encounter. For my wife and myself, the ranch/winery/B&B was... More

When we arrived at the property (about 7pm), the owner met us and seemed angry that we arrived so late. She kept demanding to know why we were "late." Since the property does not have a restaurant and there are no restaurants within many miles, it seemed strange we were "in trouble" for stopping for dinner. My friend needs some... More

The owner greeted us and offered a taste of their wine and some cheese. We were able to cook dinner in their kitchen that evening and sit by the fire. It was quiet and beautiful for our walks after a hearty breakfast. We enjoyed feeding apples to the horses and tasting wine at the tasting room. A wonderful place to... More

We arrived prior to check-in time and tracked someone down to see if we could check in early. The small staff seemed to treat the B&B like a distraction, they were nice but very busy and overwhelmed with the harvest and taking care of the ranch. Most communication was absent, and we received minimal information of what to do and... More

If you are looking for a trendy spot, then keep on moving. But if you are looking to unwind, unplug and enjoy the company of great hosts (human and furred) and guests alike, then you must absolutely stay at Rustridge. It is off the beaten path, and for us that was exactly what we were looking for. Susan and Jim... More
