Made a reservation for a non-smoking room and got written confirmation of same. Arrived to find there were no non-smoking rooms, so I left to find a place that had a room that did not reek of smoke. Heritage would not refund over $100 in charges. Kayak was no help, either. It is neither clean nor cheap. Would NOT recommend.
