Great customer service! Offered warm cookies after check-in and front desk even offered an extra for our infant (even though I do not give cookies to her). Quick set up of the requested crib for our infant. Gift shop offers a small menu of Starbucks but nonetheless, great customer service. Open, clean and beautiful lobby. Recommend for couples and families.

Our check-in was a wonderful experience. Liam, the front desk clerk, greeted us with a smile. He found our reservation within 3 seconds, made a dinner reservation for us and handed us our room key and our cookies, all within 2 minutes.

After a lousy experience in the Hilton "Union Square" my daughter and I escaped to wine country. The hotel overall was OK though a bit pricey. However the restaurant was extremely disappointing---overpriced, very slow service, the chicken selection was overcooked and dry as a board. If you stay here I recommend dining at an area restaurant. On my next trip to the area I will stay at another establishment.

This hotel is set amongst beautiful golf grounds and minutes from Santa Rosa, in wine country. The amenities are great and the staff is extremely helpful and caring. The meeting rooms are clean and the furniture is ideal for for taking notes. You can't miss.
