Excellent Accommodation, super friendly and helpful staff.Very clean and comfortable with all ammenities. Very handy and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Redding as this is the best value in town.

The Triple A rate was reasonable at $ 72.99 for a king room second floor,however, the heating/AC unit was very old and noisy. The carpet was a worn and those lampshades! Oh my goodness, they were decripit, torn and broken. Will not return.
