Friendly staff. Was able to checkin at 130pm on busy weekend. Excellent location. Recommend oceanfront but none available when I booked. Love the waffle maker at breakfast. I will definately go back. I had partial view room in annex building. Could see beach and ocean from balcony. Hotel is really just steps away from beach.

Stayed three nights, clean, friendly hotel, perfect location to everything in Pismo, right on the beach, great view of the ocean. I recommend renting bicycles to easily get around the town. Hot tub was very small.

Spent 3 nights at the Sandcastle this past weekend, it was very enjoyable! On the beach, 1 block from the famous Splash cafe, very reasonably priced. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, great pillows, great staff! We are all ready planning another trip! Great place for us to celebrate our 34th anniversary!
