We stayed at this hotel during our trip home this winter. The room had a spectacular 180 deg view from our second story balcony. The room was recently renovated (it smelled new) and was very tastefully done. The bed was comfy and the room was quite except for the gentle sound of the surf. Fantastic!! More

We have stayed here four times. Once was on New Years Eve and it was very quite. Staff are young locals and friendly. Motorcycle are ok, and parking is secure. Some rooms have fireplaces. More

Upstairs rooms a little loud due to adjacent freeway noise, so we stayed downstairs. Very nice place, a little dated, they just installed flat panel TV's. Our favorite stop between San Francisco and southern California is Pismo Beach, and we've tried several hotels here over the years. Shelter Cove is our favorite.
