the room design was excellent. very clean and comfortable classic design. the balcony is very nice. the staff is helpful and courteous. pastry and coffee are served for free on every level during the breakfast hour.

The Garden Court is the best conceivable combination of exceptional service, charming ambiance, superb catering for events and the absolutely most gracious and considerate service. This is my very favorite spot in Palo Alto or Menlo Park.

Stayed here recently on a college tour while visiting Stanford. Terrific boutique hotel in downtown Palo Alto. Great attention to detail everywhere in the room.
