This property is well located and well landscaped. It has a nice pool, staff and an excellent complimentary breakfast. Several nice restaurants are near by. The pool is very nice, but could use new pol furniture.

This hotel is definitely not worthy of an Embassy Suites designation. It is old, has a must smell and the room furniture was stained. I would never recommend this hotel to friends or family. The mattress was yellow and like an old piece of foam. I checked out immediately after arrival and moved to the Residence Inn which was outstanding.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was nice and bright and very clean. The staff was accommodating and friendly, breakfast was phenomenal, and the pool area was lovely. Always a recommended place to stay. Have stayed in several Embassey Suites in CA and Hawaii. Excellent rooms with bonus room area to entertain Great breakfast and evening welcoming party with free drinks. Large Pool area and well maintained.

Great location, needs to be re-hab/re-modeled as soon as possible. Pool was very cold and pool furnishing were out dated and broken down. Over all motel needs up dated. Room lay out was ok, but very dated. Breakfast was good but they needed additional staff. Bussing the tables seemed to be a low priorty, birds were feed well.

A perfect place to stay in the Palm Springs area and it is reasonable. We always stay here when we have appointments at the Eisenhower Medical Center. Close to all the attractions and to our appointments. Great breakfast and manager's receptions.
