We found the customer service here to be fantastic, especially for a big hotel. The staff from the front desk to the bellmen were really nice and enthusiastic to help and give recommendations. “Good location and great customer service!”

I would prefer a room without a kitchenette. Not very romantic ! This hotel would be perfect for a family trip. Nice short walk to downtown. Wish they had some outside sitting area, but the only sitting area is in the pool or lobby. The service is very good!

“Well worth it”

I recently spent 3 nights at the Westin Verasa and it exceeded my expectations. The 2 bedroom suite was immaculate, and the staff were gracious and attentive. It was located a short walk to downtown Napa, and in close proximity to many vineyards. Pool area was clean and comfortable. A great experience and hotel all in all.
