Innkeeper Ayla warmly welcomed me to The Sea Gull Inn after I'd taken a sketching class. She showed me my room, gave me a few helpful pointers to make my stay more comfortable (if you go out at night, switch on your porch light so you can more easily find your way back to your room). Little things like this... More

We stayed in the Lookout #1 and it was so comfortable. Jim and Ayla are very accommodating and gave us great recommendations for dinner. Our stay was affordable and breakfast was awesome. We loved the porch, bed, warmth of the room and Sophie the cat! We will definitely be returning! More

The sea urchin room was cosy and comfortable. The historic feel, beautiful garden areas, and family friendly vibe make this a perfect home away from home. Breakfast was tasty and colorful. Everybody that works there is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for walking to shops in town as well as many hikes/vista points. As said before, no TV... More

Ayla and Jim were very helpful. They upgraded to the Driftwood room so we could have more space. Breakfasts were great-- plenty of food. Ayla made helpful suggestions about restaurants. Room was quiet and the inn was close to everything we wanted to see in town. More

Last time we stayed at the Sea Gull Inn was wonderful, and this time it was even better! We had 3 relaxing days at the Inn to celebrate our anniversary, and our stay was perfect in every way. Jim and Ayla, the owners, were kind, thoughtful, helpful, and extremely friendly, as always. Their beautiful breakfasts are consistently tasty, and lovingly... More

This was our second stay at the B&B and we love it! It is a great historic house with each room having its own special character! We love the Sand Dollar room with views of the ocean (no tv, but it wasn't missed!!) It was a great place to welcome in the New Year of 2012! The gardens are beautiful,... More

We felt this B&B was overrated in TripAdvisor. Walls very thin; some rooms tiny. If you are expecting a TV, be sure to request a room that includes one (ours didn't). Our window shade didn't work so we had to safety-pin a blanket over the window in order to have any privacy from nearby neighbors. When I mentioned it upon... More

This is our third time here at the Sea Gull Inn. Have enjoyed it each and every time. Thank you Jim and Ayla for wonderful service, delightful and delicious breakfast, clean room, and overall great thoughtfulness. If we had any problems they were more than helpful to solve it. Looking forward to our next visit, hopefully this next year. We... More
