Our family (3 adults, one teenager, and a small dog) enjoyed two nights here on our first visit. Quiet and convenient location, comfortable bed, nice views, dog friendly, good service. and we appreciated the complimentary champagne. The grounds are well kept, but beware of dog poop in the open field!

We had a wonderful stay here over Christmas. It is very affordable yet offered oceans views with two rocking chairs and a great wood burning fireplace. Our first time to visit Mendocino and this property is well kept, very clean, loved the old west theme. Lou and Melissa were very helpful and made our stay truly enjoyable our daughter did not want to leave. The complementary wine and the bake goodies are a really nice touch. We will definitely be back.

After many other stays on the Mendocino coast we especially enjoy returning to The Blackberry several times each year. Guest services staff consistently provide a clean, comfortable & private environment in the very beautiful coastal setting. Can't wait to come on our next already scheduled reservation. My wife and I celebrated our 53rd anniversay at the beautiful Blackberry Inn. We were going to stay for four days but extended for another two because we were treated so well by staff members. This faux western town is really cute. Some pet friendly rooms, homemade goodies each day. A free (albeit small) bottle of Husch wine. Clean, comfy, mini-fridge, some dishes and utensils, microwave, TV. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was large and extremely clean. Bed very comfortable. Baked goods in basket were a really nice touch and the check-in personnel were friendly and helpful with all our travel questions.The theme of the Old West was unique.
