We arrived at this place after booking it via the Internet. The website looked fantastic. That was the best part. The room we got was a dump and a embarrassment. “Nice place at the beach”

nice neighborhood: safe, close to the beach, with nice restaurants in walking distance. (There is a nice bakery "We bake, you eat!" and a beach cafe ("sloopy") with the best sandwiches nice seaview, but do not expect a beach view as other building are between the Sea View Inn and the beach.

Searched the hotel around the Manhattan beach and came to this hotel - with reasonable price for 3 nights. The room where I stayed has been recently refurbished and was very tidy / functional. We just loved it! We booked into a luxury suite with ocean views and a fireplace. It also had a wet bar with a sink, fridge and microwave which was very convenient. This was my 3rd time staying at the Sea View in and I will be back. Great location with short walk to the beach, great coffee shops and restaurants close by. Loved our free bikes and beach chairs, staff is very helpful and friendly. A great place, can definatley recommend it.

There were several rooms available - recently renovated with partial ocean view and a queen suite with fireplace and balcony looking put to the Pacific. I opted for the suite with view.
