I just completed a stay at this Springhill Suites in Madera. This is a fairly new hotel and is really nice and clean. The suites are somewhat small but good enough for one maybe two people. There is a Black Bear diner just next door which has excellent food and they give you plenty of it. Other than that there... More

I've been in many hotels in the US; and I always complain about the poor and boring room furnishing/design in most hotel rooms. This Marriot hotel at Madera, CA is THE FIRST HOTEL where I can say that the room designers used more than two neurons to think of a functional design, they did it with the guest in mind.... More

I travel a lot and this hotel does it all for the value. It's the nicest hotel in the area and has the staff to make your stay great. The hotel represent the Marriot and the Madera SpringHills Suites represents high standards I've seen all over the country. It's your best choice for the area. More

We stayed one night...new property, staff very friendly, room excellent, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast very good, we observed they kept the breakfast area clean and well stocked as folks would come and go. No complaints! Will stay here again on next trip up. Easy access on/off 99, Black Bear resturant just past parking lot. More

I stayed several nights at the Springhill Suites in Madera while on a business trip to the area. I was pleasently greeted when I arrived and the check-in was quick and painless. The hotel and rooms are in excellent condition and even though my room faced the busy higway it was still nice and quiet. The room I was in... More

From the room condition, breakfast, to the overall staff service, this Springhill Suites does not measure up to the same standard that you expect from the Springhill brand. Had two different rooms: in the first room, the bed was dusty with lint and hairs while the king-bed room was unexpectedly small; in the second room, bath tub had multiple chips,... More

Very nice receptionist who let us view rooms. We tried 3 rooms. We first tried a middle room on the second floor, and the floor vibrated from the ice machine. Next we tried an end room on the ground floor, and we could hear people walking on the stairs. We settled into a queen room without a room divider, away... More

Thank you for your review on TripAdvisor. We love hearing from our guests. I am sorry you did not experience the same great stay that most of our guests experience. As far as breakfast, The SpringHill breakfast was designed by our brand Executive Team and is mandated for all SpringHill's within the Marriott brand. We feature the same high quality... More

As a last-minute get-together with friends, we stayed overnight at the SpringHill Suites in Madera and were very pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and everything was very clean and neat. The room was comfortable with a good bed, tons of pillows, a nice couch/desk area. Bathroom was a good size and clean. The breakfast was very good with... More

I choose the SpringHill Suites after reading several reviews on places to stay in the area. I came to see the National Parks of Kings Canyon and Yosemite. First of all the price was very reasonable compared to staying higher up in the mountains like Oakhurst CA, where an average tiny motel room can cost $300. per night in August.... More

My husband and I were attempting to reach our destination after work and experienced many delays chief among them being roadwork on Hwy 99. We found ourselves in Madera at 10 PM and very tired and still had two driving hours ahead of us. We decided it would be safer to get a room for the night and continue our... More

Thank you for taking the time to post such a wonderful comment on Trip Advisor! We are sorry you were inconvenienced by the highway construction, but glad that we gained a new fan of our hotel!
