Did a rafting getaway last month. Stayed overnight at the Lotus Inn. It was well-located (right on the river), clean and comfortable. And it was right next door to our river rafting outlet. In addition, there is a very good restaurant connected to the Inn, called Cafe Mahjaic. The food was great!

We just wanted to "crash" after a day on the river. It was so close to the river that we didn't have to drive far. The Lotus Inn is absolutely horrible. There's nothing about the place that's worth recommending. Honestly, it made us laugh since that's all we could do. Crummy room. No tables or counter space; the cheap a clock was on the floor. No chairs, no TV, no phone, no nothing. A sink in one room, the closet in another (closet door were unattached and leaning in the closet). The bathroom separated the two sleeping rooms. No phone in room. No TV. No door separating bathroom from bedroom, only a curtain! Poor lighting. No drinking glasses. Only 1 small bar of soap. No decent breakfast. Out of the way location, about a mile from Hwy. 49. Located in dull area.
