Great experience and convenience with good value! Great Breakfast, easy parking, and convenient location to pick up other family members at LAX airport. Lobby area is spacious and good meeting place for a dozen people.

“Bathtub/Shower not working, errors in billing, limited parking space.”

Took almost an hour before the tub/shower was unstopped by maintenance and I was almost late for my AM appointment due to the shower being stopped up. Room was too cold, and their were errors in billing. I will not stay here again.

The LAX airport Embassy Suites at 9801 Airport Blvd. is the best airport hotel I have ever experienced and I have experienced a lot of airport hotels at LAX. The staff is efficient, the rooms are clean and the managers reception and breakfast are excellent. This hotel is located just a minute away from rental car dropoff.

“Night before LAX”

This ES is a perfect place for staying the night before for an LAX departure. Dinner was GOOD - Service was GOOD - Breakfast was GOOD - Staff was FRIENDLY. You can not go wrong with this ES. Will need to check on private vechile parking for an extended trip out of town.

“2nd Time There, and The Last”

The last I stayed there they put us above a ballroom with a loud party going until 1AM. This time they put us in a room above the Dumpsters so the garbage truck woke us up at 6AM every day. They offered to move us but also told us we were in one of their quietest rooms. Great, what a... More
