I came to LA to see a show at the theatre and stayed here. Everything was perfect from checkin to checkout. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which was delightful. We also had cocktails at the revolving lounge on the 35th floor, which had great views. Thank you for such a great experience.

I needed more hangers, no sooner did I hang up the phone, the bellman was at the door. Ordered coffee from room service...not five minutes later it was delivered to our room piping fresh and hot! The rooms are immaculate, service EXCELLENT....could not find ONE issue with this hotel. The staff is amazing! The General Manager should get a raise!!!!

The Westin Bonaventure is pretty good, and seems to have held up well over the years. The desk staff was exceptional.
