My husband and I stayed at the Biltmore last week for a night so we could visit with family who live downtown Los Angeles. The location was excellent because we could walk to many restaurants. We felt safe walking around the area because it was very busy. The lobby of the hotel is very attractive. The hotel room itself was... More

Steal of a deal through Hotwire. Centrally located to all the hot lounge/bar/restaurants in walking distance. The old world charm hits you right when you enter the lobby. If you get a chance to enter the Ballroom it will transport you to the era of the roaring 20's. We were there for a nice night in the city celebrating my... More

We stayed four nights at this hotel. The room was fine, the bed comfortable and the bathroom clean and tidy. The aircon worked fine, the coffee maker worked fine, the tv worked fine. The staff were accommodating, friendly and helpful. Above all, the beautiful lobby and reception rooms/halls were stunning. It was all very 1930's and absolutely charming. The windows... More

We have been staying at the Biltmore every few years for the past 20 years. We always stay on the club level. The building is just beautiful, but is looking quite run down. We upgraded to a Jr. Suite, which we found out was not on the upper floor club level, but on the fifth floor. The carpet in the... More

We are sorry to hear your stay was unpleasant. We have shared your concerns with our guest services and Food and Beverage team. Unfortunately, there was a convention taken place during your stay; hence, the registration tables were in the Galleria area for that day. We are working on carpet replacement project. As we are a historical landmark hotel, renovation... More

We apologize for your unpleasant stay. As a historical hotel, all of our windows are vintage; hence, it doesn't have the insulation to reduce noise. We certainly hope you would give us another chance to provide you a great stay. Please us know when you will be in town again, and we will work with you to make it a... More

For being in the hotel industry, I must say that this place is awful. It starts with the fact that I paid $229 per night to stay here. The lobby and elevators are OK, but when you get to your floor (mine happened to be #8) - this hotel is screaming HELP! The hallway carpet is patched together with duct... More

I have attened several bridal shows here, and have loved the old world romance. When we stayed here while attenting a show at the convention center, I was really excited. What a disapointment. Rooms were small and musty. Decor was not kept up, and the tempature in the room was never right. The MOST disapointing was room service. Although they... More

I really enjoyed my stay after I requested a room upgrade. My fiance was already staying in the hotel on business for 2 weeks. He was given room 976. I believe this room had to be one of the worst offered at the Millenium Biltmore. The room was very dark, facing a brick wall and the bed was broken. We... More

I really enjoyed staying here and would return in a heartbeat. While there are a few downsides, I was able to look past them due to the beauty and history of the place. The staff was excellent during my stay. The common areas are just fascinating, including the high ornate ceilings and hallway of history, where they have pictures of... More

We booked this hotel through hotwire and went with high expecations since it was rated 4 star. The room was on the 8th floor and was a king bed room. First of all, the room was so small, that the bed occupied most of the space. Secondly, everything was old including the fixtures in the room and the bathroom. The... More
