You did not want for anything! Up to date furnishings, environment conscious, was given a bottled water at check in. Beautiful, Clean and comfortable room! All staff members I encountered were exceptional!

We found the rooms very nice. However, service in much of the hotel is slow, negative and uncaring. When you drive in, you feel like they want you to drive away as soon as you have arrived. We stayed here for one night. We walked across the street to The Staples Center for the Rolling Stones concert. Such a convenient location! FigOly restaurant is great. The staff was very friendly and you felt welcomed from the minute you stepped on the grounds of the hotel. No complaints here. Will definitely stay here again. Roberta R

Beautiful property, love the decor. Great Staff. The patio bar is really nice. Only thing missing is a pool/spa! :-) Have stayed here 5 times, gets better each time...The Bell staff is awesome, the front desk staff also. They take care of you!

Fantastic location and fairly outgoing service. The hotel itself was ok, and somewhat bland for a high end hotel. A group rate of $399 seemed excessive for a suite, but was comfortable. The bell staff was outstanding. Location is within walking distance to staples center, Nokia center, and LA Live.
