Sepulveda is a very busy street which makes it hard to access. The room was clean enough but not great. The beds made it OK. Hotel could use a deep clean (e.g., vacuum the corners of the stairs!) and some minor cosmetic fixes.

Rooms could stand a bit more freshening up. Overall a pleasant stay. Breakfast very satisfying. Staff helpful. Location: not too central. About 25 minutes from Hollywood . Area safe in spite of industrial appearing area. Good value

This is quite a good base because it's handy - as LA gets - for things like Santa Monica, the Getty and even Beverly Hills. It's not particularly ritzy and there is not a great deal - if anything - to see or do within walking distance. But pretty good, with not too many frills.
