Charming, a little bit quaint, very clean and a good sized comfortable room.
A short walk to the beach and night life but not too close to be disturbed.
Staff were pleasant and helpful.
The setting for breakfast is a relaxing friendly courtyard.

This is an average hotel in a great location so I guess they can justify the prices. The rooms were unremarkable but clean. Good continental breakfast, nice courtyard and within waing distance to piers, beach, shopping and restaurants.
