Decent hotel. However, the young Irish receptionist was a breath of fresh air. When I checked out on Mother's Day, she really was helpful. Durning my stay, She was attentive to my requests and made me laugh quite a bit. I'd definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, big, clean rooms, and a great hotel... we were very comfy in it, but sadly, the location does nothing for it - there is not much around and you either have to catch a very expensive cab to get to where you want to go, or catch a bus or book a tour. The service at the hotel is poor and the receptionists were not helpful. the hotel is far from good restaurants which makes it difficult to dine nearby. this is compounded by the fact that you are always reminded of the danger posed at night by homeless people.

Starting with The valet parking is $35.00. Excellent service, a tad bit pricey. Hotel front desk staff were very professional. Our room wasn't ready when we first arrived so they were very helpful.
