My husband and I arrived at the tennis tournament and stayed at the Tommy Bahama Resort. It's not bad, although it doesn't quite feel like a resort. The room is comfortable and the bed is cozy. However, the bathroom could be better maintained, and the hot water is barely warm; I almost froze while showering. This morning, on Sunday, we had a terrible experience at the hotel restaurant. The hostess was incredibly indifferent and completely untrained. She coldly informed us that if we didn't have a reservation, we would have to wait. We were not pleased with this, especially since the day before, on Saturday, we had breakfast without a reservation. In short, the morning was ruined by the appalling service at the hotel restaurant. All the staff seem untrained, very slow, and indifferent. It seems they are unaware that we are not staying here for free and that we are paying for our meals. Ugh, I'm still so upset about such poor service.

One of the best spa experiences I've had! Staff was so lovely and helpful and I absolutely loved the treatments I got (massage & a facial). Felt so relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon! I will definitely be back! And big thanks to Cristina for making my first visit so special!

Such a beautiful place with amazing diligent staff. It was a pleasure visiting and staying for a work conference and able to decompress at the Spa on a Friday. The staff for dining and even valet were great (Thank you Juan for such assistance and positivity!) Would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay, relax and enjoy a nice getaway.

Can we just talk about the facials for a minute. To-die-for…. Each one of my four friends and I got a facial, and Tina put me to sleep! Why was it so relaxing! I don’t understand. Each one of us fell asleep during our facials. What I really love about this spa is the boutique feel. It’s not over crowded and its fresh feeling makes you want to stay all day. I loved the sounds of water and the smells of citrus as I walked around and spent time enjoying moments of peacefulness. Just simple peace. They ladies at spa reception gave me a key to the pool, where I enjoyed the views, palm trees and the margaritas. The only critique is the big pool music was trying too hard! I wish it was a little more bespoke. I’m so glad that Cristina the spa director told me to do the facial after the massage, she was so right it was a good call.

My wife and I needed a short vacation. We used an AAA book and found your Resort with 4 Diamonds, and booked it. It turned out to be a company that uses another company to do the booking. I looked up your phone number and called the following day and spoke with Yanelly at the front desk. She told me that she had no record of us. I kept calling the Booking Company with no results. Checking with Yanelly every day to be sure that we had a room, she went out of her way to help us. Yanelly is the best of the best. We have done a lot of traveling in this country and around the world, and never found anyone as attentive, and helpful as she. She called me after she finally received the booking and gave us a very nice room. She also sent us a tray with some goodies. Outstanding Service! The Restaurant is also very good. Fred Helmrich

This is not a RESORT as advertised. It is more like a Hampton, Hilton with the the name Tommy Bahama. Read the small print. They charge you $15.00 per day to park your car in an unsecured large parking lot. It is like going to the grocery store or mall and having to pay to park our car. The bar has changed too. They pour from a shot glass and a double costed me $36.00 for two ounces of alcohol. They charge you an additional "resort fee". Daily Resort Fee of $35 which includes high speed internet access, 24-hour fitness center, onsite wellness and yoga classes, daily 2-hour bike rental for up to 2 guests, in-room premium coffee and tea maker, 10% discount on cabana rental, 10% discount on Spa Rosa Retail purchase with 50+ minute spa treatment, discount at Indian Wells Golf Resort, golf cart transportation to Indian Wells Golf Resort, access to pools, bocce ball and firepits, EV charging station access, priority reservations at Grapefruit Basil. I did not use any of these and they would not take it off the bill. So many better places to stay at. Also, the gardeners were working outside my window using blowers and trimmers at 8:30am?

Wonderful girls weekend experience. Check in was easy and the welcome drink vouchers are always a nice touch. I highly recommend the Grapefruit Basil Martini! Classic Mediterranean architecture and well appointed, tropical themed rooms were very spacious. The grounds are well kept with beautiful Olive and Citrus trees (grapefruit, orange and lemon). Plenty of cosy seating areas near multiple fire pits with live music. A cabana is a must to relax and enjoy the pool and spa, especially with our larger group. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, Grapefruit Basil. The food was delicious and the staff was great. I will definitely be back soon.

The resort was so beautiful and the staff was so nice! We rented a Cabana and it’s so worth the price to have shade with a lounge area. We had Breakfast and Dinner and what a delight! Our meals were delicious. They had a wedding at the resort while we were there and it looked so beautiful the way they had it all set up outdoors. The evenings we sat outside by the outdoor fireplace and listened to live music and sipped our cocktails, what an evening! Highly recommend!

Easy check in, great location, easy to get to, great parking on site. Check in staff (Conner, Abhram) were excellent, breakfast staff and pool staff all excellent. Beautiful main pool, good availability of pool chairs, and pretty good pool service. The property is very nice, fire pits and seating areas can be found throughout the property which was very nice for socializing and meeting others. Several maintenance issues with the rooms, I think we moved 4-5 times. Front desk staff were always very helpful in trying to find something else for us, but disappointing so many maintenance issues occurred that we had to move in the first place. We were not comped for these moves. Stayed three nights and was charged a different room rate for each night. Check your bill when you check out to make sure you pay for what you were quoted. Restaurant/bar staff in the evenings seemed to not care. service was inattentive and unfriendly. Things close early, if we tried to get a drink or dessert after 9 PM, kitchen was closed. I may go back because I think the property is beautiful, and the majority of staff were very nice. But I would be very specific about asking for a room closer to the pool that has a balcony door, that faces the courtyard not the parking lot. Rooms are just ok, feel dated with a bit of lipstick. The bathroom vanities in the king luxury suite are very nice. Beds comfortable. The one thing that might keep me away is unreliability of room maintenance. Maintenance staff were very nice, but we shouldn’t have to see them that many times in a three day visit.
