Beds were extremely comfortable! Room and Bathroom very clean. Lobby impressive. Breakfast had a great selection and very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I will consider staying at ANY Hampton Inn in other locations.

The room smelled on first entering it but was not that bad after a couple of minutes. The room was great for a "last minute" find. Double Queens and breakfast was the requirement and Hampton came through.

I was so impressed with the hotel, me and mine girlfriend stay for one night to go to San Manuel casino. They have a shuttle from the hotel to the casino(the shuttle runs 24 hours) they bring u back too. I had a two day project in Arrowbear and the location is at the foot of the mountain less than 30 minutes away. Between being called at 3am by the front desk, and having to listen to the party next door that started at midnight and lasted to the wee hours of the morning there was very little sleep to be had at this hotel.

This was one of nicest hotel stays we've ever had. The rooms were great, the staff was great, and the breakfast was beyond our expectations. Would definitely stay at this hotel in the future when we are in the area. We've stayed at other Hampton Inns, but this was the best by far. Thank you for a great stay!

I've stayed here many times. Excellent property and great location. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Very quiet location and good restaurant options available in the area. They work hard to make sure you're comfortable and well-cared for.

I found the hotel to be easily accessible, clean room, good complimentary breakfast. Only problem I encountered a lead staff late at night when I checked in, she did not have that customer service attitude, who knows maybe she was getting off shift and had a long day or maybe not. I would return everything else was fine.
