Once again, our annual trip to Elam Biggs, (this time for our 5th Anniv) was marvelous...Peter is always the consummate host! We always feel as if we have come home! "Our" room is the large Empire room up front.Elam Biggs is very centrally located and you can easily walk everywhere.

This bread and breakfast goes over the top to ensure a pleasant stay. Rooms are clean, neat and refreshing. The owners (Peter and Barbara) are friendly and provide and very comfortable atmosphere. The food cooked is exellent and decor is beautiful. I have stayed here several times and will be sure to inform others of this great retreat.

This house was noisy and we could not sleep well. Stairs are steep and difficult to navigate. The room was not very clean and had a musty smell. Small bathroom with multiple stains. Food was just some sweet glop that was not healty or tasty.
