Grumpy owner. Internet is limited to the lobby only. Overall average but the below standard customer service detracts from the overall experience. The location is good and the room was clean. The price was well above the competition. There is no air-conditioning in the rooms in the old section of the hotel. I should have shopped around a little more.

We had dinner last night at the Fall River Hotel. They made us wait in the bar for nearly 1/2 hour, although the restaurant appeared to have space. The food is very mediocre. Vintage charm... Vintage plumbing, soundproofing, heating etc.... Unless you stay in the New rooms. These are very nice. Food is usually ok, but can run hot & cold, depending on whose cooking. I prefer this hotel over 'Spinners' despite the setting at Spinners.

Fall River Mills is a small but beatiful town surrounded by hay fields,wild rice fields and a beautiful river. We fly in to the airport and stay at this hotel.
