If you don't need a view, get the discounted room parking lot/freeway side. Although you might hear a faint freeway sound, the AC/heater unit when on will take care of that. This was a great stay. They made an error and overbooked, so they gave us 2 adjoining rooms at no additional cost! It was nice. We had a great view of the Bay and the security was great in the parking lot as well as very clean. It is just before the Oakland Bridge in a cool location. More
