The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful, the complementary breakfast was great nothing special but they had enough variety that you could alter day to day, the rooms were very spaced which is very handy when you have kids. Terrible! Off and on hot water, heater barely works, nauseating breakfast, and to top it off the ice machine doesn't work. Hilarious that they claim they're opening a restaurant. I will saw that the maid service is excellent.

I felt that the quality of this hotel could have been better given the price ($85 a night). The non-smoking room smelled smokey. Also, the curtains were almost transparent (lack of privacy). Clean! :)

This hotel was formally a Holiday Inn and it was marginal at best. Change to Clarion was promising and worth a try due to its location. Big mistake.
