A really nice hotel at very reasonable prices. The 1 bedroom suites were quite nice (though would be nice to have a door between bedroom and common area, but the separation did work). Loved the cookies at night and the breakfast in the morning was solid. The staff was helpful and courteous. Would certainly recommend.

Located 5 min from LEGOLAND and the beach and about 40 min from San Diego Zoo/downtown, the West Inn had a great location. To be honest when we pulled up I felt a bit of disappointment because it seemed the hotel was just in a parking lot off the highway, but the second we stepped inside I reconsidered. This was one of the cleanest, friendliest and just overall lovely hotels I have ever stayed in. Would definitely stay there again!
