I love coming here because they make me feel so welcomed. The breakfast buffet was excellent! Probably the best breakfast buffet I've ever had (free for diamond members). Enjoyed the tranquility pool even though it wasn't warm enough outside to be in it. The customer service was excellent. I really don't have any complaints. Hyatt does it again!

I took my mother and aunt who were in town from England for afternoon tea here. The experience was really nice......great service, wonderful ambience and the selection of edible delights impressive. The tea came piping hot, which always impresses the Brits, and was in constant supply. This is a venue I plan to revisit.

Stayed for a conference so there wasn’t a lot of time to ‘enjoy’ the resort, but it looked to be an excellent place to just get away. I really have nothing bad to say…..the property is exactly what you’d expect from a resort like this……perfect in every way…..

This hotel is luxuriously appointed, secluded location with beautiful landscaping and great views. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. My favorite is their tranquility pool reserved for adults only. Dining at their restaurant is expensive, but you're only few minutes away from Carlsbad village where there's plenty of other options. This hotel has everything you would expect for the top of the range hotel, except a wall of suites which face the road N at 3 am in the morning the delivery trucks which have that annoying reversing blip all start to arrive every 15 minutes or so The other thing is you don't get anything to make tea or... We have stayed at many 4 to 5 stars resorts and I would have to rate the Park Hyatt as one of the best service and amenities. The mini suite that we stayed in was very large, with lots of upgrades. I would recommend the Park Hyatt Carlsbad to any couples that would like to get away for the weekend.
