great location, close to the airport, restaurants and shopping centers. staff is very helpful and nice, the room was big and clean, and the bed was soooo comfortable!
but the highlight in my opinion is the breakfast, which cos money but is full and delicious!

We checked into the hotel on New Year's Eve for a 1 night stay. The check-in process went smoothly and the front desk clerk was very helpful. This was our first visit to the Pruneyard. We had Christmas dinner with family members in San Jose, and spent the night here. It was the most comforable hotel bed I've ever slept in. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was professional and courteous. Highly recommended!

I stay at the Pruneyard whenever I visit my family in San Jose. During my recent stay, I was impressed, especially with the hospitality skills of the staff.
