We didn't stay because all the manager had was a small double room left and looked a me (6'2") and partner (5'11") but very kindly called around and found us a room at Hillcrest Motel which we loved. Not sure if this is an eligable review but for service the manager get 10/10.

A comfortable, affordable motel with 3 great mineral pools reserved for guests. Liked the double adjoining rooms sharing a bath; great for a family or friends traveling together. Staff was friendly and helpful. Mid-week winter rates are excellent. I've stayed there in all seasons and plan to return.

It would have been helpful for me to decide if I would have known that they were remodeling many of their units. They have policies about noise and people staying there to rest and relax and it is hard to do so when you construction workers hammering anf such. The pictures on the website is nothing like what the actual place looks like. No heat, not enough towels very very very basic. Worse than what you could think of. Holes in the curtains, not enough places to put your luggage, not enough electrical outlets, the shower stall is very very very small, takes a while for the hot water... More
