“Worst. Hotel. Ever.”

Internet? Not working Key machine? Not working Parking? Ha! Room? Took me OUT of the executive room I was booked in and put me into a crap one next to the elevator. Stay here again? I'd rather chew on broken glass

it was ok here. last time i was here, they were replacing the carpets and i had a sinus infection for about a week after. friday i slept horrible so saturday it occurred to me; turn off the a/c. i slept much better. the a/c sounded like a freight train and made the whole room shake. check in is great... Chose this hotel because of close proximity to knotts berry park and the free shuttle to Disney. Being a platinum member I received excellent treatment and free breakfast in the reserved area. “Mouse in the room!”
