I cannot recommend this hotel. As others have noted there is a fee for the carpark. The room was very basic and the bathroom barely clean. Whilst staff were very helpful it became clear they were hamstrung by company policy from giving a premier service. One chair per room even though big enough to have a sofa as well. Stayed in a family room. Very clean and warm. Reception staff were very efficient, friendly. The breakfasts were lovely, hot and plenty for everyone. Parking was fine, as usual. A real value for money stay.

Staff friendly and helpful. We called in advance to advise that we'd be arriving late and they offered to make up the pull out and sofa beds ready for our arrival (we stayed in a family room). Room spacious and clean good value for money at £19 and £3 extra for parking. Had everything we needed for a night stay.

Stayed here a couple of times, one of the better traveleodges I've stayed it. Much the same as many others- got a good rate. Parking is an additional charge but hotel is situated a minute from whytleafe south if you are coming via train from London. Not many places to eat near by though. This hotel was pleasantly very clean but the bed was awful and bumpy, the duvet was like a lead weight from age and the pillows wafer thin. When requested for a couple more was told that there were none available. TV remote would not work and we found the breakfast was about an hour old still in the warm trays.... More
