Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We don't have any serious complaints, so I'll get the little annoyances over first. Light over sink was out, light under the microwave was out, dining table chandelier had one bulb out. It's three stories so heat distribution was tricky. Many cobwebs need cleaning up. Dishwasher didn't wash. That's all, like I said, minor things but the owner should fix. Good stuff: great location, views of the slopes at Snow Summit, easy few minute walk to the slopes, easy check in/out, they let us check in early. Sleeps 10, fireplace is gas so don't bring firewood like I did! Well stocked with bath toiletries and kitchen items. Love the decor, very woodsy and comfy. I have stayed in the owner's other property, I think he owns 3 there, and the decor is really great! Big dining table for everyone to sit. I had the king room with attached bath. Very comfortable bed. Quiet location. I would definitely stay there again if I needed a big place or one of his other ones. Just keep in mind when booking here. Look at all of the options of units available. They are each individually owned to one bad stay doesn't mean another unit would have been better. We paid a higher amount so you get what you pay for! We were very happy with out choice. We had a great time!!!

This was our third time in about 6 years staying here, though the first two times were in a different unit, so my review is going to be about Unit 69 more specifically. Pros: - closest accommodation to Summit ski lifts. One minute walk and you are there, so basically a ski in, ski out type of place. Also, included parking for two cars makes this very convenient. - fairly spacious with laundry facilities, balconies, dedicated dining spaces, living room and kitchen makes this more convenient than a hotel. Cons: - minimal, and I mean minimal amenities. We paid over $600/night over New Years and were greeted with one spare trash bag, tiny bars of soap for showering, one dishwasher tablet. I don’t expect a stocked fridge but this just feels so cheap! I am renting this place at a cost exceeding 5* hotels in LA - I expect not to have to make a supermarket run the second day I am there just to ensure we have the basics. Missing cutlery, as well as cups, plates, etc made it difficult to set a table for 4 people (in a unit sold as one accommodating 6+). These things seems small but they add up, especially when you pay a premium to not have to deal with this stuff. - broken appliances, furniture - sofa was busted making it impossible to sit for more than 2 people. The fridge was also partially broken, with shelves collapsing. - master bathroom toilet overflowing - this was the worst - ice cold piss-tainted water overflowing onto the bathroom floor, creating a stench. I complained to the front office and they sent a guy to fix it, but the problem continued even after he left. This was an unpleasant experience and the last time we stay here.

Unit #76 worked well for our family of 4. It could definitely use some upgrades, but it was clean. The master has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen and a twin. A stress-free walk to the ski slopes without having to worry about parking on a busy Saturday morning was ABSOLUTELY worth not staying in a more luxurious property. The people in the office were very nice and helpful at both check in and check out. Some other things to note... most of the kitchenware was pretty worn out. There was no cookie sheet or dish soap. The hairdryer did not work. The master bed was creaky and soft. All in all, I would definitely stay in these townhouses again, but may pick a different, higher priced unit.

Psychdelic 70's meets elite team of blowfish service clowns. Insulting, rude, and uncaring front office's only response is "not our problem, cant help you." Dirty, smells like a zoo cage. Last updated just after Woodstock. Extra night charge $450 for a $250 room night. Happily told prior to stay "sleeps 6" but only if you include the unheated prison cell downstairs. Spend your money anywhere but here. Terrible.

This place was terrible and the rental office staff were completely rude and disrespectful. My family and I highly recommend staying somewhere else. I was appalled by how unwilling the front office was to assist with issues in the unit. Never again!

The location is next to Snow summit. It’s a townhome with 2 floors. The decoration is beautiful and unique. Room amenities are good except there is no AC in the house. We went there during Labor Day weekend which is very hot weather. We couldn’t sleep at night. Wondering how it possible that no air conditioning.

Had a good experience. The lady in the front office was a little rude and not helpful when we told her the hot water was not working. They had someone fix it in the morning. Just sucked that none of us could shower after a long day on the slopes.

This is our second time we stayed at townhouse #52, we chose this townhouse because is the biggest one so we could fit perfectly. the first year everything was ok, but this year we had RAT problems the 3 days we stayed here. The first morning we woke up to find that in the staircase the rat had opened a hole and made its way to the kitchen and took a bite out of an apple and our bread. We went to the administration office to take care of this huge problem only to find out that in the office they were having the same problem!!! they wanted to change us to two different cabins, but it would change the whole trip, the reason we rented that cabin was so we could be together on this vacation. so that didn't work. So they opt to put a piece of wood on the hole the rat had made and put traps with peanut butter, the other 3 nights we could hear the rat trying to get thru...they didn't offer us any compensation or refund of any kind. Sincerely Im not going back to this place, even though is pretty close to the ski area...

I have to say it was amazing to be located RIGHT on the mountain, esp when doing a Spartan Race here. The location is fantastic! My friends had a unit next to mine and theirs was AWESOME!! Mine, not so much, The shower didn't drain, all cupboards were locked- no trashcans to be found except for bathrooms. No extra pillows or blankets could be found. We could not get the TV to work and the wifi never connected for my daughters computer. The staff that I was dealing with at the complex was very nice, although we were out so often, we couldn't get this stuff rectified before leaving. I did tell them this the 2nd day when I finally reached them, but no discounted rate was applied for all of the inconveniences.

We stayed at these condos twice now with another family. Last time we found the condo to be very dirty. The floor was dirty and sticky like it had not been cleaned. One of our kids actually did not want to stay there, it was that bad. In addition, the heater blasts hot air in the master bed room and does not warm up the other rooms. So, the party in the master bedrooms could not sleep because it was too hot and the others were freezing cold. This place is convenient, but it is not worth the convenience and the high price.
