I feel almost guilty writing this review as it means that others will discover this little hideaway. The whole hotel is beaufifully furnished. It has lovely gardens at the back and on site sercure car parking. It host an ancient starcase which is so old it is not used. The rooms are fantastic, staff very helpful.

I just read the review of another visitor to this hotel and I wonder if they stayed in the same place! Believe me it is truly special. The building is very interesting and worth a visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a carpark round the back and each guest with a car is given an electronic key to open the electric door and a designated parking space. The town itself is also worth a visit but I wouldn't bother to stay there... More

A beautiful authentic building in which they have made a very nice hotel with all the modern amenities you'll espect in an hotel. You can get there by car and the hotel has an own locked parkingplace. I also recommend this place due to the setting, decor, staff and history.

This hotel by far has to be the best in town. Much of the architecture is still original on the main floor. When you go there, ask the receptionist to give you a tour of the place and they'll show you all the original doors, windows, structures etc. They'll also tell you about the history of the rooms. Amazing hotel, small no more than 8 rooms, in the center of the town. One night in the hotel is like travel to past. Old house, renew, with course of Santillana's marquis. They have all comodities of new world, internet access wifi. It's not too expensive for quality.

We loved the character, luxury and location of the hotel. The double rooms were generous in size and tastefully decorated as well as the rest of the hotel.
