“Brilliant stay at The Methoni Beach Hotel!”

Superb view of the sea (hoping I can attach a photo) literally a stones throw from our generous and private balcony. Lovely spacious room clean and fresh. We had been looking forward to our stay at this beach located Hotel, but first impressions of the room were a little disappointing. We stayed for three nights and whilst nothing spoilt our holiday, we felt it was due for a refurbishment pretty soon, especially at €100 a night per room. A beautiful beach front hotel run by a charming family. Stylish, comfortable, relaxed. Service levels were exceptional. Food was very good

If you visit Methoni, stay at the Methoni Beach Hotel! Just next to the magnificent Venetian Castle and literally on the beach (nice view to the castle and the sea from all the rooms and the cafe'/breakfast veranda). If you find your way to the little town of Methoni on the southern tip of the Peloponnese, it will be worth the effort. The little beach town is pleasant and the 15th Century fortress is magnificent.
