Hotel was noisy and getting old. Ice machines not working. Issues with the washer and dryer as well. But look out for extra fees tacked onto your bill! They charge you a $2.50 credit card surcharge - which was not mentioned when I made the reservation (and a credit card was required to reserve). It was not mentioned when I checked in and paid with my credit card. it was just there on my bill when I checked out. Then there was a $1.96 Resort fee! Seriously? For what? Finally there was a line item marked 'H.' The desk clerk first said that it was a tip for housekeeping and then back up and said it was a housekeeping fee, I have never heard of this before. All in all, this was not a good stay. It was expensive for what and where it was.

Not the best place to stay. Room was a little musty, putty was chipped and falling away from around the door, balcony needed to be repainted, ice machine area was filthy, ALL sidewalks could us a good power washing. It looks like someone just needs to show a little pride in the place. I stayed there a few years ago and it was really nice. It's just gone downhill a lot.

When we checked in the clerk noticed that we had booked a smoking room and offered to move us to a non-smoking room. Our room did have a non-smoking sign on the door but the room smelled like cigarette smoke anyway. And the white curtains had brown stains on them. The bedding and towels were clean, but the smoke smell made the overall stay unpleasant.

(Checked in Friday after 11pm!),Got quoted for the weekend untill Monday,I PAID. I called at 11am for towels on sunday, desk said I needed to check out or pay for another night.... I had reciept for the dates, general manager ROSE DEMOSS said that the desk clerk was new and didn't charge us for Friday because it was past 11pm and I still needed to pay!!! I was just passing through and needed the money for travels, they called the cops and My wife and three kids had to sleep in our truck that night!! We are locals and iv never been treated this way because of an employee's mess up.

We stayed for 3 nights. The beds were comfortable. It took 3 tries before we were able to settle into a room. The 1st room had issues with the door. The 2nd room had issues with the A/C. The 3rd room worked out but on our 3rd night there, we had to have the keys reprogrammed. The “breakfast” should not be listed as an amenity.

I've tried TEN TIMES now for general manager Rose DeMoss to help me with an issue, but she refuses to call me or help me through email. I've tried the customer help line, and they say they just can't reach her. I'm fed up with getting passed back and forth over and over. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, as they obviously don't care about customer satisfaction.

Had an amazing night. Very clean room and the staff was very courteous and kind. Meet every aspect we had and more. The continental breakfast was so much better than anywhere else I've had. Thanks guys for a great stay with a great rate.

I loved my room!. Everything was clean, well organized and I had access to everything that I would have access to otherwise at another hotel, obviously at a higher cost. The staff, the staff, the staff; were just amazing people. Cordial, fast, accommodating, reliable and very very helpful to folks like myself that are unfamiliar with the area. I got way more than I bargained for from the staff; with respect to areas conducive to retirees, specific directions to attractions, points of contact that could help me with locating real estate, and a bottomless carafe of fresh coffee for motivation. Housekeeping was lightning fast with no loss to quality. The breakfast was hot, fresh and always dependable for those on-the-go. No offense intended to other hotel chains I have used, but I am very comfortable with the expectations of the 'Quality Inn'-brand. I know what to expect from the consistency of cleanliness of the rooms, freshness of bed linens and bath linens, placement of electrical outlets and USB charge/general use ports, the quality of the in-room coffee, the quality of breakfast and all within an absolutely fair price range. My sister and I took a roadtrip to Siloam Springs Arkansas, and picked this hotel and I am glad I did, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, I loved the beds and pillows, which both were very soft and comfy,The breakfast was really good,cereal,oatmeal,eggs,waffles and other options, we will for sure be back to stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for the price. Room was very clean there was a nice outdoor pool, good breakfast, and friendly staff. There is a nice bowling alley nearby, and a Walmart Marketplace. The bathroom is small so there is not a lot of room to change your clothes if you need privacy. I do like that the sink and counter is outside the bathroom/shower area so you can still get ready and not have to wait for someone. I think it blows that someone would give a 1 star review because the hotel didn't take cash. I think it's a good thing to mention so people know, but bad form to give it that rating when they didn't even stay at the hotel. I would definitely try Quality Inn again in the future.
