Everything was very clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was really nice, but the pool was a little cold. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I were in the area again.

For a town like Monticello, this hotel is a great place to stay. The interior is updated, the beds are comfy and the complimentary breakfast is good. The children enjoyed the pool and there's a Malco theatre right across the street.

We have stayed here once every two-three months on our visits to our daughter who works in Arkansas. Our grandchildren enjoy the opportunity to stay with us at the hotel. The hotel is very kid friendly and has met our needs. The indoor pool is wonderful and the workout room is great.

I needed to sleep overnight in Arkansas to achieve a "sleep in all 50 states" goal. I picked this hotel based on reviews on TripAdvisor. Hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had ample variety of choices. Cookies available in the afternoon. Not many choices nearby for eating though.

Very nice room, nice fitness center for a hotel, nice and friendly staff. Was hoping for biscuits and gravy or eggs and bacon for breakfast but still a nice selection for a hotel breakfast. Had western omelete.

We enjoyed our stay and we anticipate staying again next year. This was our second year staying at this hotel. It was a great place and the staff is wonderful. Next year we will need the entire 2nd floor. Everyone enjoys their stay.

Great Place to stay. Trip advisor reviews were right, it was the number one place to stay in Monticello. Friendly, clean, convenient and my daughter enjoyed the freshly baked chocolate cookies upon checking in. Would definitely stay there again and recommend highly.

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. The rooms were beautiful, well appointed, and clean. The breakfast was very good. My only suggestion has to do with the handicap rooms with an accessible tub. On the back wall there is only one safety bar at knee level. There should be one at waist level.

Decent hotel and nice staff through out. I do wish that there was a way to extend the sound deadening of the room to block out people talking in the hall or in the room next door.
