Firm beds, pretty good breakfast (a good variety), and very helpful and friendly staff. no spa room, the water is extreme bad...yellow colour...and no enough drink bottle, the breakfast very standard, the taste so so average hotel anda room....nothing special...the lift no smell... the food is cold

It was my first time to be in Pontianak for business andI found Mercure Pontianak is located at the main road and not so far from Airport. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was not bad, I like those local foods served. Overall, recommended!

I guess Mercure is like McDonalds...you know exactly what you will get. A hot shower, an okay bed, and eatable breakfast. And you get all of these at Mercure Pontianak. Airport is half an hour away; city centre is 10-15 away; Garuda office at the lobby (handy for city check in). Not much else to add.

I stay during business visit. the bed is soft and tender and i get good quality sleep. the breakfast is good taste, the service is very well too. I like the lobby with unique chair and sofa. I stayed late at night and having a chat in the unique sofa. good experience.
