Hotel zahgeer was under renovation when we visited. Hammering could be heard until 10pm. Foyer and restaurant were filled with dust at time (we didn't eat there). We stayed around April 22-24, 2012. The service was responsive & good. The hotel has good heating arrangements. The hotel reception provide services & advice for sightseeing. The Hotel manager is friendly and tries to understand our needs. The restaurant provides good food.

Zahgeer is a good budget hotel at Gulmarg. Hotel is equipped with all the heating arrangements in the room and there is 24x7 hot water supply in tap.
